Foret Contracting Group is delivering the Phase 4 Kitchen Buildout for Second Harvest Food Bank’s Houma facility, expanding their operational capacity to better serve the region. This phase includes the construction of a fully equipped commercial kitchen, upgraded MEP systems, new interior wall assemblies, specialty finishes, and food-service infrastructure to support large-scale meal production and distribution. Working within an active facility, our team is coordinating closely with Second Harvest staff to ensure all construction activities minimize disruption while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment. This buildout enhances the organization’s ability to provide essential meals and community support across Southeast Louisiana.
