Project Info

The ED White Plantation Kayak Launch project, undertaken for the Lafourche Parish Government, aims to provide enhanced access to Bayou Lafourche for kayaking enthusiasts. The project includes the construction of a new off-street parking lot and a pier with a kayak launch. Scheduled for completion and public use in September 2024, the project features safety measures and lane adjustments currently being implemented by Foret Group during the installation of the entrance driveway.
