Looking back to 2020, we were honored to build this state-of-the-art facility for the Cardiovascular Institute of the South. This 3-phased project, which spanned a little more than a year, allowed the client to continue normal business operations while substantial renovations and additions were performed by our team.

Our work included a comprehensive renovation of the existing office and a significant expansion to over 26,000 square feet. Key features of the expansion included a new 2nd-floor lab, a waiting area, patient diagnostic rooms, and the addition of an elevator for patient convenience. On the 1st floor, we added new exam rooms, treadmill rooms, two new nuclear rooms, and a specialized vein procedure room.
