This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors across a variety of projects, from lawn care to hardscape installation. Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including digging, planting, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators, and irrigation systems, safely and efficiently

  • Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, retaining walls, and other structures under supervision

  • Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and aesthetic appeal

  • Maintain gardens and lawns through watering, fertilizing, aerating, and other horticultural practices

  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools; perform basic maintenance as needed to ensure safe operation

  • Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to uphold a secure work environment


Required Qualifications

  • All applicants must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping machinery and hand tools

  • Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices

  • Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, saws, and other landscaping related equipment with confidence

  • Skilled in tree care including trimming, pruning, and planting for health and safety purposes
    Strong understanding of construction principles related to hardscape features like patios or retaining walls
    Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
    Effective communication skills for teamwork and client interactions
