Job Overview


Foret Contracting Group, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will provide essential administrative support to company leadership and assist with daily operations to help ensure efficiency and organization across the company.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and department leaders

  • Learn and utilize company software systems and processes

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain company records

  • Create, update, and manage reports for managers and leadership

  • Assist with operational scheduling and coordination of daily activities

  • Maintain and organize Excel spreadsheets and other administrative documents

  • Support basic accounting functions

  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors



Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
